· Policeabuse.com wishes to thank Sheriff Tim Holmes , with Holmes County Sheriff, for responding to a complaint of excessive force by correctional officers. After policeabuse.com contacted a Holmes County Sheriff Lieutenant reporting a complaint of inmate abuse, the Sheriff moved quickly to investigate the matter.
